After graduating from UCLA in 1998, I was hired in the video game industry where I worked as a sound designer and audio and dialogue/voice over editor for 13 years.
I became a believer in May of 2000 and in 2011, I decided to leave the video game industry to focus more on serving in my church. I was hired by my church in 2014 and my responsibilities included graphic design, website creation, design and upkeep, various administrative tasks, writing, and audio and video editing.
Since 2014, I have also served as a leader in Bible Study Fellowship in various roles where I have been responsible for writing, recording, and editing talks on Biblical doctrines, training others on administration and group leading, database upkeep, general administration, audio/video editing, posting content online, and various other ministry related tasks.
I use Zoom, Slack, and other remote communication tools regularly, and I work quickly and efficiently. I am familiar with various audio editing platforms and am a quick study for any new software which I might be required to use. I am also proficient in Adobe Photoshop and have an eye and ear for details.
I desire to see Christian media elevated to the highest quality possible to the glory of God, to reach the lost, and for the encouragement and growth of God’s people. I truly believe that excellent editing and design contributes highly to this goal.
My husband and I recently moved to a new location to live close to family to be a support to them, so I no longer work for our previous church, and I am now looking for a new opportunity to use my skills to serve the Lord and His kingdom.
